Editorial policy
Trusted Screen Journal aims to make its explanations clear, proportionate and open about uncertainty. A polished interface is not evidence, and a plausible interpretation is not a verified fact.
Accuracy and independence
We check factual statements against material available to us and make clear when an explanation is general rather than specific to a particular service. Opinions and interpretations are presented as such. Editorial decisions are made for reader value, not to secure favourable treatment for a company or partner.
Corrections
If you spot a factual error or an important omission, use the Contact page and identify the passage and the correction you believe is needed. We review specific, relevant reports and amend published material when warranted, making the change clear where appropriate.
Partner material
Paid, supplied or otherwise partner-supported material is labelled so readers can distinguish it from independent editorial work. A partnership does not buy an editorial conclusion, and we do not present a placement as an independent recommendation.
Images and tools
Some illustrations may be generated with artificial intelligence. Where this applies, we identify the image accordingly; illustrative imagery is not evidence that a depicted service, screen or event is real.
